Know Your Customer

You may feel that this is a very impersonal way of doing business which can be quite daunting in the auto industry, for many car dealers want to know sufficient details about their buyer before committing to a deal, especially where a loan is in play. Usually however, car lead websites require comprehensive details about the customer before they sell the lead, details of the customers which can even provide an insight into their purchasing behaviour which is important to many dealers. Also if any enquiries are made by a customer to the lead company, they will often send you an audio file so you can listen to the phone call yourself, allowing you to get to know your customer without actually meeting them.
